How do I cancel my subscription?

When you purchase a subscription in the Mia Health app, payments are managed by the app stores App Store (for iPhone users) or Google Play Store (for Android users). Therefore, we do not have the ability to cancel the subscription for you.









You can cancel your subscription
in the Mia Health app by tapping
"You" in the bottom right corner,
then go to "Manage subscription"
and tap "Cancel subscription".

 









You can also cancel your subscription without having the Mia Health app.

For iPhone: Open the settings app on your phone, tap on your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions," and from there, cancel the subscription with Mia Health.


For Android: Go to the Play Store, tap on your profile picture at the top right, then tap "Payments & subscriptions," and from there, cancel the subscription with Mia Health.
