How do I find out if I have connected the correct Polar account to the Mia Health app?

If you're unsure which Polar account you're using, you can verify the account you're connected to by going to the Polar Flow app and tapping "More" at the bottom right. At the top, you'll see the email address you're logged in with. Make a note of this email address.

Then disconnect "Polar" in the Mia Health app, and when you reconnect, make sure to connect with the same email address you found in the Polar Flow app.
