Why isn't data from my Fitbit heart rate monitor appearing in the Mia Health app?

If you have connected Fitbit with Mia Health but no data is being received, you may have linked a different Fitbit account than the one you usually use. To check which Fitbit account you are connected to, go to the Fitbit app, tap the gear wheel at the top right, scroll down, tap "Account Settings," and then "Change Email Address." Take note of the email address you are logged in with.

Disconnect "Fitbit" in the Mia Health app, and when reconnecting, make sure to use the same email address you found in the Fitbit app.
