When will it be possible to connect watches from Huawei, Amazfit and others

At the moment, Mia Health supports watches from Garmin, Polar, Fitbit, Apple, Suunto, Withings and Samsung. We are working to include as many watch manufacturers as possible, but it's important for us to ensure that all devices connected to Mia Health provide reliable and accurate measurements to give you the best possible health insights.

If you have a watch that currently cannot be connected to Mia Health, you can manually register the activity from your smartwatch in the Mia Health app to earn PAI points. For example, you can extract the number of minutes in different intensity zones from your watch, add them manually in the Mia Health app, and receive PAI points for the activity. You can also manually register activity even if you don't have a heart rate monitor at all.

If you have an iPhone, it's also possible to connect certain watch brands with the Apple Health app and then transfer the data to Mia Health. Choose the "Apple Watch" option when connecting the watch in the Mia Health app. Unfortunately, this may not be possible with all heart rate monitors. The frequency at which they measure heart rate varies, and so does the measurement frequency shared with other apps. For instance, if your Huawei watch doesn't have a high enough measurement frequency, Mia Health won't be able to import activity data from the Apple Health app. Since there are countless brands and watch models, we, unfortunately, cannot provide a complete overview of the watches that can be connected via Apple Health to Mia Health in this way.
