Why have I suddenly lost all AQ and fitness history in the app?

We often get this question when a user logs out of the app and then creates a new user instead of logging back in with the original account.

If you suspect this may also be the case for you, you can try logging out by tapping "You" at the bottom right in the Mia Health app, then scrolling down and tapping "Log out." After that, log back in with a different email address or with your Apple ID or Google account.

If you still cannot access your history in the app, please contact our user support for assistance.
