Why isn't data from my Garmin heart rate monitor appearing in the Mia Health app?

If you have connected Garmin with Mia Health but no data is coming through, you may have linked a different Garmin account than the one you usually use. You can check which Garmin account you are connected to by going to the Garmin Connect app, tapping "More" at the bottom right, then selecting "Settings," followed by "Profile and Privacy," and finally "Manage Your Garmin Account."

Disconnect "Garmin" in the Mia Health app, and when reconnecting, make sure to use the same email address you found in the Garmin Connect app.
