Why isn't data from my Withings heart rate monitor appearing in the Mia Health app?

If you've connected Withings to Mia Health without data appearing, it's possible that you've linked a different Withings account than the one you usually use. You can check the connected Withings account by going to the Withings app, tapping on the person icon at the top left, then the gear wheel at the top right, and selecting "Account and security." Note the email address you are logged in with under "Withings Account."

Then, disconnect "Withings" in the Mia Health app, and when reconnecting, make sure to use the same email address you found in the Withings app.
