How do I reset my password?

To create a new password, open the Mia Health app on your phone and tap on the option "I already have an account." Then tap on "Reset password" and enter your email address. You will then receive an email where you can click on "Reset my password." This link is only valid for 15 minutes.

Please note that you cannot open this link from a computer; it must be done on the same phone where you have the Mia Health app installed. If you don't have access to the email account you registered with in the Mia Health app on your phone, you can forward the email with the reset link to an email address you have access to on your phone and open it from there.
