We often get this question when a user logs out of the app and then creates a new user instead of logging back in with the original user.
If you suspect this might be the case for you, try logging out by pressing "You" at the bottom right of the Mia Health app, then scroll down and press "Log out". Afterward, log back in with a different email address or with your Apple ID or Google account.
