Why isn't data from my Apple Watch appearing in the Mia Health app?

If you have connected your Apple Watch to Mia Health, but no data is coming through, Mia Health may not have permission from Apple Health to import heart rate data. To check this, you need to open the Apple Health app, tap on the profile picture in the top right corner, then select "Apps," find "Mia Health," and ensure that the toggle for "Heart Rate" is enabled.

If Mia Health doesn't appear in this list of apps, it's possible that you have connected Mia Health with a different Apple ID than the one you use on your phone. Go to "Settings" on your phone, tap on your name at the top to see the email address registered with your Apple ID. Disconnect "Apple Watch" in the Mia Health app, and when reconnecting, make sure to use the same email address you found under "Settings" on your phone.
