Why isn't data from my Polar heart rate monitor appearing in the Mia Health app?

If you've connected Polar to Mia Health without data appearing, it's possible that you've linked a different Polar account than the one you usually use. You can check the connected Polar account by going to the Polar Flow app and click "More" to the bottom right. On the top of the screen, you will now see the email address you are logged in with.

Then, disconnect "Polar" in the Mia Health app, and when reconnecting, make sure to use the same email address you found in the Polar Flow app.
