I get an error message when attempting to accept the invitation to join my company’s community
If you receive an error message when trying to accept the invitation to join your company’s community, there could be several reasons for this:

You’re clicking “Accept invitation” on a PC or a different phone/tablet than the one where the Mia Health app is installed.
This button must be clicked on the same phone or tablet where the Mia Health app is installed for it to work. If you received the invitation email on an address not set up on your phone, you can simply forward the email to one that is. -
You are already part of your company’s community.
If this is the case, you can check in the Mia Health app by tapping “You” at the bottom right, then “Sharing settings.” If you are connected to your company, it will say “Company Name Connected >.” -
By clicking “Accept invitation,” you're actually clicking on a “deep link” meant to open the Mia Health app.
Sometimes this might not work properly, but it can often be resolved by simply restarting your phone and trying again. -
If it still doesn’t work, it might be that you haven’t been added to your company’s community yet — or that you’ve been added with a different email address. In that case, contact your company’s local Mia Health administrator for help.
