How do I connect my Polar watch?

Open the Mia Health app, tap "You" at the bottom right,

then "Manage devices" and "Polar."
Grant Mia Health access to heart rate data from Polar by tapping "Got it".
Tap "Continue," and log in to your Polar account in the window that appears. NB! Make sure you connect to the same Polar account that you are logged in with in the Polar Flow app. If you are unsure which email address you are logged in with in Polar Flow, you can find out by following this recipe.
Check the box for "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" before tapping "Accept" at the bottom.
